It’s so refreshing to be able to go outside in flip-flops and a t-shirt and be greeted by slightly cool breezes and warm temperatures. My husband and I love being outdoors and take full advantage of our deck when the weather is nice. We’ll put up the canopy and dust off the furniture so we can sit, relax and rejuvenate ourselves from being little moles all winter. This year is a little different as far as just going outside to relax. We had to plan our time around our 9 month old Little Monkey’s sleep schedule but it worked out great this past weekend! We had a few hours during the day to just sit and soak in the sun, and after he went down to bed for the night, we stoked up a fire and enjoyed some laughs with our neighbors on the deck. Of course, we brought the Little Monkey outside too during the day! He loves being outside and gets a kick out of the wind blowing in his face. It makes him giggle!
Yesterday, we all went for a walk around the neighborhood so I could hunt down the perfect cherry blossom tree with fresh green leaves, and little did I know after walking around for a little bit, that they were right next door in my neighbors side yard! Go figure. I had never noticed them there before! I thought I’d have a little fun picking out the spring time colors too! Happy Spring Time Everyone! What are your favorite springtime moments?!
